Conclusion: According to the methods used in this in vitro study, the authors could affirm that none of the tested systems was capable of maintaining the original trajectory of the simulated root canals in any of the root thirds evaluated. Also, glide path creation before root canal preparation did not affect transportation promoted by the instruments.
